On the issue of t-shirts– have you seen this website? http://www.threadless.com/catalog
People submit designs and then other people vote on them, and then people make the t-shirts that win, but there is a limited supply so you end up with amazing variety. Its a little bit like the Co-op, if the Co-op was actually an internet t-shirt company.
