I went on an adventure with Jesse Spears the other day, starting in the Fashion District, and ending at a photo studio in Highland Park. Somewhere in between, we crossed paths with Vietnamese food, the spectre of Axl Rose, karmic battery acid, dinosaur-print fabrics, and the street cobbler of Echo Park.
